In April of 2013, I broke my ankle. In mid 2013 I started a blog about it, accompanied by a series of YouTube videos. Now those videos have accumulated more than 1 million views, and in early 2015 I turned my blog into an eBook, sold on Gumroad and Amazon.

In April of 2021 I launched WeBroken, a platform dedicated to supporting, educating, and offering community to people who have broken their ankles.

From film major to casting director

I studied film in college and soon after I graduated, moved to NYC to become a casting director. I worked on Bored to Death, Too Big to Fail, The Other Guys, Ugly Betty, The Bourne Ultimatum and more. I also wrote a piece about it for BuzzFeed here.
